Google Maps is a pretty neat tool.  Not only does it give you a detailed map it also has a map that shows a satellite view of the area and a hybrid map that is a combination of a regular map with street names and the satellite view.  Look up your address to get a birds eye view.  Driving Directions are also pretty detailed.
