Download WinBackUp for free. This is for all you people who do not backup your data on your computer. Windows Home does not have a back up program. Windows XP Pro does have a backup program but this was easier to use.
I liked the user interface and mini tutorial at the beginning which I suggest you take. I did need to install a driver for my cdrw drive but it was pretty easy. Also backs up to network folders which is my preferred method.
First backup configured to backup user data including your My Documents folder and email folders. Then you can set it up to backup only changed files.
